Food has been a passion of mine for many years. I used to create recipes in my dreams and you would always find me in the kitchen creating something new. I started teaching Raw Food Classes from my lounge room in Darwin a few years back. I wasn't raw, nor vegan - I just loved the power and taste and plant based nutrition. 

I had so much fun teaching my classes and made some great friends a long the way. My classes were certainly a stepping stone for me to help me step out of my comfort zone and talk in front of people and finding the confidence to keep following my dreams, where ever they lead me. 

I don't teach the classes anymore - I was getting pulled into another direction with my Readings and I was finding that my passion was not as strong, so it was time to give them up and focus on the next chapter.

 

I'm pretty proud of what I created and the journey it took me on so I  have created a booklet below with some of my favourite recipes. Now you can purchase it and download to keep as your own. I hope you enjoy the recipes as much as I did creating them!
